4. Photo/Image Handling Policy

• Photos or images provided for photo frames are stored temporarily.
• All customer-uploaded images are automatically deleted within 3–5 working days after the order is dispatched.
• Printed frames may be kept for portfolio purposes, but will only be posted on social media with customer consent.
• If the customer does not allow it, the artwork will not be shared publicly.

5. Data Storage

Your information may be stored in:

• Local device storage
• Cloud storage (Google Drive or similar)
• WhatsApp or Instagram chat history (temporarily)

Only authorized members of Ourartworks will have access to this data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your photos or personal information with any third-party companies.

Data may be shared only with logistics partners if required for order delivery (name, phone number, address).

Your photos/images are never shared with anyone.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Customer-uploaded images are automatically deleted within 3–5 working days after the order is dispatched.
• Customers can request data deletion at any time.
• Once the order is shipped, we will notify you that your images have been cleared from our system.

8. Marketing Communication

We send:

• New product updates
• Offers or important announcements

Only to customers who have given permission for marketing communication.

You may opt-out anytime.
