At Ourartworks, we ensure your custom photo frames are delivered safely and on time. This page outlines our shipping and delivery policies.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed with payment and final artwork approval (if applicable), production begins immediately.

  • Standard photo frame orders: 2–5 business days for dispatch
  • Custom or bulk orders: More time may be required - updates will be given through WhatsApp or Email

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with multiple logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery across India.

3. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Courier delivery: Available for all India
  • Local delivery: Available in Coimbatore
  • Customer pickup: Available from our local store

4. Shipping Charges

All delivery charges are paid by the customer, unless mentioned otherwise during special offers/promotions.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected delivery method.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Local delivery (Coimbatore): 1-2 business days
  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier partner and location.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via WhatsApp or Email
  • Regular updates on order status
  • Delivery notifications

You can track your order using the tracking number provided or contact us for updates.

7. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Keep your phone number active for courier coordination
  • Check the package for any visible damage before accepting

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address provided
  • Customer unreachable
  • Customer not responding to courier calls

Then:

  • Customer must pay re-shipping charges
  • If there is no enquiry or response after delivery attempt, the order will be considered completed

9. Damaged During Transit

If the product arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the package if damage is visible
  • Take photos and an unboxing video immediately
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving
  • A replacement will be issued after verification

10. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
