Welcome to Ourartworks. By accessing or purchasing from our platform (Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, Local Store), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Ourartworks is a creative store offering photo frames & art-based products.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have guardian permission.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through:

• Instagram
• WhatsApp
• Website checkout
• Local store visits

Once an order is confirmed with payment, production will begin as per the selected product.

3. Payment Methods

Currently accepted payments:

• UPI
• Card Payments
• Bank Transfer

Cash on Delivery (COD) will be introduced in the future.

All payments must be completed before production starts.

4. Order Processing Time

• Standard photo frame orders: 2–5 business days for dispatch.
• Custom or bulk orders: more time may be required - updates will be given through WhatsApp or Email.

Production begins only after confirming the payment & final artwork approval (if applicable).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with multiple logistics providers (details will be updated soon).

Delivery options include:

• Courier delivery (all India)
• Local delivery (Coimbatore)
• Customer pickup

6. Shipping Charges

All delivery charges are paid by the customer, unless mentioned otherwise during special offers/promotions.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.
• Once work starts on your frame, cancellation or refund is not possible.
• Custom-made products cannot be cancelled after approval.

8. Image Quality & Artwork Accuracy

• Final print output depends entirely on the quality of the image provided by the customer.
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen/print differences.
• No refunds will be given for issues arising from low-quality customer-provided images.

9. Customer Photo Usage Permission

By default, Ourartworks may use completed artwork/photos for:

• Portfolio
• Social media showcases
• Website display

If a customer does not want their photos published, they must inform us at the time of placing the order.

We always respect privacy requests.

10. Pricing & Changes

Prices may change due to material cost variations.

The price displayed at the time of payment is considered final.

11. Returns & Refund

As our products are custom-made, returns or refunds are available only under specific conditions (detailed in the Returns & Refund Policy section).

12. Damaged or Wrong Product

In case of damage during delivery:

• Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
• Without proof, returns may not be accepted.

Wrong product delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

13. Ownership & Legal

The brand operates under the name: Ourartworks

Any misuse of brand name, designs, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
